Recipe Biscuits with tea and spices

Ingredients:
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cardamom - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground ginger - 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Ground cloves - 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Ground nutmeg - 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Sugar - 2 items. Spoons
  • Flour - 2 1/4 Cups
  • Tea leaves, a bag - 1 piece
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Softened butter - 1 cup
  • Confectionery sugar - 1/2 cup
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Mold the cake pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. 2. Mix one teaspoon of the mixture in a small separate bowl with 2 tablespoons of sugar, set aside. 3. In a medium bowl, mix tea leaves and a mixture of spices with flour and salt, set aside. Whisk the butter and the remaining sugar in a large bowl with a mixer. Add flour mix and whisk until the dough is like wet sand. 5. Put the dough into a pie mold. Sprinkle on top with a mixture of sugar and spices. 6. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the tip is solid and the edges golden. Allow the cooked pie to cool, cut into slices and serve.
