Salad of Cabbage Recipe

  • Cabbage - 1,5 Kilogram
  • Pork - 1 Kilogram
  • Onions - 4 Pieces
  • Garlic - 3-4 teeth
  • Pickled cucumbers - 4 pieces
  • Salted tomatoes - 5 pieces
  • Carrot - 3 pieces
  • Tomato paste - 3 items. Spoons
  • Bay Leaf - 1 Piece
  • Black pepper, salt - - To taste

Rinse cabbage thoroughly and either finelyChop, or grate. Finely chop the onions. Cucumbers and carrots rub on a small grater. Take the saucepan, warm it in oil. We put diced meat, half of onion and garlic, and fry until half ready to eat meat. Then add cabbage to the saucepan, mix and stew on medium heat for 10-12 minutes. In parallel, in a frying pan, simmer onions, garlic, carrots and cucumbers. Then put the vegetables in the saucepan to meat and cabbage, add tomato paste, tomatoes and bay leaf. Simmer for another 30 minutes on low heat. Done!
