Recipe Skewers of trout

  • Trout - 2 Kilogram
  • Bow - 2 pieces
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Red and black pepper - - To taste (ground)
  • Coriander, nutmeg, oregano, thyme - - To taste
  • Salt - - To taste

Fish well mine, we clean from scales. Dry with a paper towel and cut into steaks. Onions cut into rings. Unfortunately, I lost the next photo. Therefore, imagine: in a bowl we add onion, our steaks, their salt, pepper, season to taste. Then, squeeze the lemon juice into the fish, add a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly with hands. Then cover the trout and leave to marinate for 3 hours! Then we prepare the coals (not the strongest ones) and lay our fish on the net. Fry from two sides until golden brown. This will take approximately 15 minutes. Then put the fish in a dish and serve it to the table. Have a nice picnic;)
