Recipe Poster Puff Pastry
- Wheat flour in / s - 3 Cups
- Vegetable oil - 1/4 Cups
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt or sugar - To taste (depends on what you need dough for)
1. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. If you cook sweet pastries, add sugar. If baking with meat or potatoes, put salt. Pour a glass of water into the flour and mix the dough. The dough should be dense and elastic. The main thing is that the dough should not stick to your hands. 2. On a cutting board or on a table, pour in a little flour and roll out the dough. Plast should be rolled very thin, not thicker than 2 mm. Lubricate the whole surface of the layer with vegetable oil. 3. Cut your layer in half and place one part of the test on the other to match the edges. Stroke the dough with your hand and start from one side to roll the dough into a roll. This is the secret of quick cooking puff pastry. Finished rolls put 20-30 minutes in the freezer. 4. Remove the roll from the refrigerator and flatten it from above. Once again roll out the dough and you can bake what you want.
