Recipe Stewed Tofu

Ingredients:
  • Tofu - 500 Grams
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce - 2 items. Spoons
  • Mirin - 1 st. a spoon
  • Garlic - 1 Tooth
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 1 Piece
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients forSauce - everything except tofu. Cut a piece of tofu cheese first in half, then each halve - into several slices about 1 cm thick. Each slice of tofu should be dried on a paper towel so that excess moisture is absorbed. Warm up a wide frying pan with a little oil. We put the slices of tofu. Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side - until slightly golden in color. Then evenly distribute the sauce prepared by us on tofu slices. We cook another 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Done! You can serve both cold and hot.
