Recipe Burgers with salmon and basil

Ingredients:
  • Egg - 1 piece (beat up)
  • Bread crumbs - 3/4 Cups
  • Basil - 6 Teaspoons
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salmon - 200 Grams
  • Carrots - 1/2 Pieces
  • Cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise - 2 items. Spoons
  • Sour cream - 1 st. a spoon
  • Lemon peel - 1 teaspoon
  • Leaf lettuce - 3 pieces
  • Rye bread - 3 slices (toasted)
Instructions

Finely chop the carrots. In a large bowl, combine the egg, breading, 4 teaspoons of basil and pepper. Add the salmon, carrots and cheese. Mix. Form a mixture of 3 cutlets. Put the cutlets on a lightly oiled frying pan. Fry for about 2 minutes, until light brown. Turn over and fry another 4 minutes. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 teaspoons of basil and lemon zest. Lay the lettuce leaves on each slice of toasted bread. Put on top a salmon cutlet and cooked sauce. Serve with slices of tomato, if necessary.
