Recipe Frappe with cognac and coffee

  • Chocolate sauce - 1/2 cup

  • Cold coffee - 3/4 Cups

1. Place chocolate syrup, cognac, coffee, milk, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and vanilla syrup into a blender. 2. Stir for 15-20 seconds to a homogeneous consistency. Add ice and mix for about one minute. 3. You can use both purchased chocolate sauce, and make it yourself, bringing the cream to a boil, filling them with chopped chocolate and mixing. If you use dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 60-70%, add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. If you use milk or semisweet chocolate, you can do without the addition of sugar. 4. Pour the cocktail over the glasses. 5. Garnish with a good portion of whipped cream at will, add straws and serve. Cream can be sprinkled with finely chopped chocolate.
