  • Butter - 50 Grams
  • Yolk - 1 Piece
  • Poppy - 150 Grams
  • Walnuts - 1 Glass

We will make the dough for the roll in the bread maker. At the bottom of the tank we pour out the milk, break one egg and add the melted butter. Add flour, salt, sugar and yeast. We put the bread maker on the fastest cycle for the dough (about 45 minutes, but it depends on the bread maker). At the output, you get such a beautiful dough. If you do not have bread makers, you can do the same dough from the same ingredients manually. Walnuts or finely chop the combine (almost in a crumb), or finely cut with a knife. The tray is lubricated with oil, we spread our dough thinly on it - to a thickness of about 5-7 mm. The dough is covered with a layer of poppy filling, which is prepared as follows - pour the poppy seeds with boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain the water, and roll the poppy through a meat grinder. If desired, you can add a little sugar or honey to the filling. Next comes a layer of nut crumbs and, if you did not add sugar to the poppy filling, a small amount of sugar. Roll the roll over a wide edge, we patch the edges. We lay out the baking sheet, covered with foil. Leave the dough for 30-40 minutes - he needs to distance himself. Lubricate the top of the roll with whipped yolk - and put in the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. We cut the prepared roll, cut into slices and serve. Bon Appetit! :)
