  • Rukkola - 30 Grams
  • Walnuts - 30 Grams
  • Cheese with mold - 100 Grams

Pumpkin cut into small cubes, sprinkleWith olive oil, sprinkle with dry basil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. On a salad dish we lay out fresh rukkola, from above - the baked pumpkin. Sprinkle the whole thing over chopped walnuts.
