Recipe Pancakes with chocolate nut cream

  • Flour - 1,5 Kilogram
  • Milk - 1,5 liters
  • Sugar - 1 pinch
  • Salt - 1 To taste
  • Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Olive oil - 1 glass
  • Chocolate nut cream - 400 Grams (Nutella or other for your taste)

Beat eggs with sugar. Gradually add flour, salt and pour in the olive oil. Leave the pancake mixture for about 1 hour. For preparation of these pancakes, a special plate (in the people - Pancake) is ideal. Pour the pancake mixture onto the pan for baking pancakes. Fry the pancake on both sides, then fold in half.
