  • Breadcrumbs - 5,5 Cups
  • Vegetable oil - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Boneless pork chops - 4 pieces
  • Mustard - 3 Art. Spoons
  • Salt and ground pepper - - To taste

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. On the baking sheet, put breadcrumbs with vegetable oil. Bake biscuits until golden brown, throwing once, from 7 to 10 minutes. Put the toasted rusks in a bowl. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, using a hammer for meat, discard pork chops. Lubricate pork chops with mustard, season with salt and pepper. Roll the chops in the toasted breadcrumbs. Put the chops on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
