Recipe Ragout from cabbage

  • Cabbage - 500 Grams
  • Zucchini - 1 piece (medium)
  • Carrots - 100 Grams
  • Garlic - 3 Slices
  • Onions - 100 Grams
  • Tomatoes - 400 Grams (you can take tomato paste)
  • Olive oil - 40 Grams

Wash and cut the cabbage. Cut the courgettes. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour oil, add cabbage and zucchini, put on medium heat. Cut the onions and carrots, fry separately in a frying pan. When cabbage and zucchini are almost ready to add fried tomatoes or tomato paste. Boil for 5 minutes. At the very end, add the fried carrots and onions and garlic, greens.
