- A glass of warm water - 11/8 Glass
- Flour - 3 Cups
- Spoon of salt - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
- White sugar - 11/2 Teaspoons
- Dry yeast - 11/2 Teaspoons
Put all the ingredients in the bread maker, selectAnd run it. When the dough is ready, the machine beeps. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Gently twist and stretch the dough into a bundle. Sharp knife the dough into 8 parts. Make each a smooth ball. With a rolling pin, roll each ball into a circle. Set aside on a lightly floured countertop, cover with a towel. Let lie about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees C). Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until a brown crust appears. Remove from the oven and immediately put in a sealed paper bag or cover with a damp towel.
