The recipe for Halva from manga
- Semolina - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Almond - - To taste (best handful)
- Raisins - 1-2 st. Spoons
- Butter - 0.5 cups
- Orange food coloring - - Pinch (or cinnamon)
In a frying pan heat two tablespoons of butter. In the oil fry chopped nuts and raisins. Finished nuts and raisins put on a plate. Then in a frying pan, dissolve another spoonful of butter and fry the mango in it. Manic gruel should be fried for a few minutes, until the appearance of a characteristic smell of manga. In a saucepan, boil two glasses of water with a glass of sugar. In the resulting sugar syrup (for beauty), you can add an orange dye, or a little cinnamon. Then in the boiling sugar syrup pour the fried mango and the remaining oil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring all the time so that no ugly lumps are formed. In the finished halva add roasted raisins and nuts. Mix well and halva is ready. You can eat it both in warm and cold!
