Recipe Chocolate cake with heart
- Dark chocolate - 200 grams
- Butter - 200 Grams
- Granulated sugar - 1 1/3 Cups (250 g)
- Large eggs - 5 pieces
- Flour - 1 st. a spoon
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling - To taste
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Lubricate the round cake mold, lather with parchment paper and oil the paper. Cut butter into cubes 1 cm in size. Finely chop the chocolate with a knife. 2. Melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler or in a microwave oven, stirring constantly. Add sugar to the chocolate mixture and stir. 3. Then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add the flour. The dough should be smooth and dark. 4. Pour the dough into prepared form and bake for about 25 minutes. 5. Allow the cake to cool in the form on the counter for 10 minutes, then gently pull the cake out onto a large dish. Allow to cool completely. 6. Cut out a parchment paper template in the form of a heart, as shown in the photo. Put the pattern on top of the cake. 7. Sprinkle with sugar powder - the heart is ready. 8. Cut the cake into slices and serve at room temperature with whipped cream.
