Corn flour gives the orange cake a special texture and taste - something it even resembles a mannik. But it must be soaked until it is cold. If you do not like the taste of citrus, then instead of orange or lemon you can use any other fruit or berry juice.

  • Sugar 150g
  • Butter 200 g
