Defrost the minced meat, and in the meantime we will do the test. Kefir on the stove to a slightly warm state, and add sugar and yeast, mix, and add the egg and salt. 2. Now it's quite simple - without stopping the stirring, gradually pour the flour into the dough until the dough becomes soft and slightly adhering to the hands. How will this consistency - more flour is not a syp :) And instead, we put vegetable oil there - so the dough will begin to get out of hands, and become more plastic. Cover with a towel, and set to go up in a warm place. Now let's start preparing the filling for this recipe of making a pie with minced meat and mushrooms. 3. First, as usual, the cutting stage - champignons cut fairly large, and the bow - arbitrarily, as you want to see it in a pie. 4. Now fry the onion in vegetable oil until half cooked, then add our minced meat, and on medium heat keep until the stuffing is ready. Salt, pepper, and add spices to taste. 5. And now, actually, my secret is the aroma and juiciness of such a filling - turn off the fire, and pour the raw mushrooms, mix, and once again check the taste. If fresh, you can add greens, mustard or other condiments to taste. 6. Tray a little grease with vegetable oil, and pour out our dough, slightly leveling it into a flat cake. We put the filling into the center and turn the edges of the dough like a knot - the main thing is to fasten it together, although of course you can "pack" and serve the cake as you like and conveniently :) Also often about half a cup of any broth or simply add to the filling Heated water - for greater juiciness. But even without adding the final result you will be pleased :) So send our cake to the oven and bake at 190 degrees, periodically checking with a spatula. As soon as it starts to easily fall behind the baking sheet - you can safely get it.
