Recipe Rice with cranberries, carrots and ginger

Ingredients:
  • Olive oil - 3 items. Spoons
  • Ginger - 2 items. Spoons
  • Shiitake mushrooms - 1 cup
  • Carrots - 3 pieces
  • Chopped onion - 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Celery - 2 Pieces (stem)
  • Salt and black pepper - - To taste
  • Rice - 3 cups (cooked)
  • Orange juice - 1 glass
  • Cranberries - 1 Glass (dried)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ginger, fry until the fragrance appears, about 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and fry for 1 minute. Add the carrots, onions, celery, season with salt and pepper. Fry until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes. Add rice, orange juice and cranberries. Mix well. Put the mixture of rice in a baking dish. Cover freely with foil, bake for about 30 minutes.
