  • Step 1 To prepare this dish, we need potatoes, champignons, chicken hearts, onions, garlic, sunflower refined oil, salt, black pepper, ground paprika, water.
  • Step 2 Chicken hearts washed, do not cut the fat. Put them in a pan, pour water so that it was one or two fingers above the level of the hearts, put on a strong fire and cook after boiling on low heat, while we prepare the rest of the products.
  • Step 3 Mushrooms are washed. From the hats of champignons we remove the skin, cut them into quarters.
  • Step 4 Fry the champignons on high heat with sunflower refined oil, lightly seasoning.
