The main flavor of the dish is the rich and aromatic broth, which, according to the rules, is cooked for about 4 hours with the addition of seasonings, spices, roots and vegetables and reminds the base of the cold, you know, 4 hours of fast food can not be called unless cooked broth beforehand. I used chicken fillet, which does not require long cooking. Separately boiled wheat noodles are poured with broth, with the addition of pieces of meat, chicken, seafood, noria seaweed, boiled eggs or greens.

Ingredients:
  • Chicken fillet 250g
  • Noodles wheaten 100 g
  • Water 1750 ml
  • Teriyaki sauce 4 tbsp. L.
  • Onion 0.5 pcs.

  • Green onion 4 pen

  • Step 1 To make wheat noodles with chicken you will need: chicken fillet, wheat noodles, teriyaki sauce, water, onion and a little green for decoration.
  • Step 2 Boil 3 cups of water, salt and run chicken with half a bulb.
  • Step 3 While the chicken fillet is boiled, boil the wheat noodles. In boiling, salted water we start noodles.
  • Step 4 According to the instructions, the noodles should be cooked for 8 minutes, then pour in cold water and continue to cook until cooked. Since we will serve noodles with broth, it is better to cook it until half cooked.
  • Step 5 After 5 minutes of cooking, flip the noodles into a colander.
  • Step 6 After 30 minutes of cooking, the chicken fillet should be cooked, we remove the fillets and bulb from the broth.
  • Step 7 It is accepted to fill in the noodles with broth, but I decided first to impart an oriental taste to the broth, and then to start noodles in it.
  • Step 8 Add teriyaki sauce to the broth to taste (2 tablespoons), it can be replaced or supplemented with classic soy sauce.
  • Step 9 Spread the noodles.
  • Step 10 Chop the chicken fillets into slices.
  • Step 11 Put the meat in a broth with noodles.
  • Step 12 Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve a dish with chopsticks and / or a Chinese spoon.
