Recipe: Sharp sandwiches with prawns

Ingredients:
  • Shrimp shrimps - 30 pieces
  • Garlic - 4 Teeth
  • Pieces of ginger - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Chili pepper - 2 pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • A bunch of parsley - 1 Piece

By tradition, we recheck the ingredients - are allOn the spot? :) Vegetables are cleaned, we take out the peppers and throw out the seeds - all the sharpness comes from them. All vegetables are cut in small, small cubes. We heat up the olive oil in a frying pan - quite a lot. We put vegetables there and fry on medium heat until soft - minutes 4. Now add the peeled shrimps to the pan. After 2 minutes, when the shrimp becomes a little pale, squeeze the juice of one lemon into the pan. Fry for just 2 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and remove from heat. We take slices of white crusty bread, we spread on each little bit of our stuffing - and we serve. Pleasant! :)
