  • Beets - 450 Grams (rinse and cut)
  • Olive oil - 3/4 Glass
  • Chili - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 teeth
  • Spinach - 4 cups
  • Goat cheese - 50 grams

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour the cut beets with olive oil and add salt. Wrap the foil and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. 2. Heat the oil in a small frying pan and add the garlic. Add chopped chili and fry for 30 seconds. Remove the frying pan from the heat. 3. Put garlic and chili in a blender with a little wine vinegar and a teaspoon of salt. Beat until smooth. 4. Mix the beets with the sauce. Beautifully put on plates with spinach. Sprinkle with goat cheese.
