  • Vegetable oil - 1/4 Cups
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Whole milk - 2 items. Spoons
  • Almond extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Chilled butter - 2 items. Spoons
  • Peaches - 3-5 pieces

In a convenient measuring or blender glass pouredOlive oil and vegetable oil. Add whole milk, almond extract and mix it thoroughly with a corolla. In a separate convenient bowl we sift the flour, add salt, sugar. Stirring. Then add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and mix it with a fork. Then knead the dough with your hands and put it into the baking pan. Dough lay out gradually, well polleading all the edges of the bottom of the mold. In a separate bowl, mix 3/4 cups of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1/4 of a teaspoon of salt and put the butter cut into cubes. If the peaches are especially juicy, add 1 tablespoon of flour. With the help of fingers, we grind everything to a crumbly mixture, so that separate granules are obtained. It looks like this. Sprinkle with a mixture of peaches.
