Spaghetti Recipe with Mushrooms
- Spaghetti - 450 Grams
- Champignons - 750 Grams
- Cream - 225 milliliters (choose low-fat cream)
- Soy sauce - 2 items. Spoons
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Salt, spices, herbs - - To taste
Champignons wash and cut into thin plates. In boiling salted water, lower the spaghetti and cook for 7-8 minutes (as indicated on the package). On a hot frying pan heat the vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until they become golden, and all the water from them will not evaporate. After 15 minutes of frying, add the cream and soy sauce to the pan. Stir, stirring, 5 minutes. After that, add the squeezed garlic, salt and spices. Drain the water from the prepared spaghetti and mix out with the sauce. Serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
