Tartlets with mushrooms and shrimp recipe

Ingredients:
  • Tartlets - 20 pieces
  • Champignons - 300 Grams
  • Shrimp - 150 Grams
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 3 Art. Spoons
  • Caviar - 40 Grams
Instructions

Fry the mushrooms until tender, chop finely. Shrimp boil, peel and finely chop. Eggs also boil and finely chop. Mix mushrooms, shrimp and eggs, salt. Season with mayonnaise. Pour the mixture into the tartlets with a teaspoon. Decorate with red caviar and dill.
