Apple casserole with cinnamon

Ingredients:
  • Large eggs - 6 pieces
  • Skimmed milk - 5.5 cups
  • Extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Of sugar - 2 items. Spoons

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Nutmeg - 1 Pinch
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Apple - 4 pieces
  • Light brown sugar - 1 st. a spoon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla in a blender. Add flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat mixture until smooth and set aside. Lubricate the baking dish. Put briefly in the oven until the oil has melted. Put apples in one layer in a baking dish. Bake until the oil starts bubbling, about 4 minutes. Pour the dough into apples, sprinkle with brown sugar and continue baking until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and immediately serve.
