1. First of all, we need a little melted, frozen cherries and a small amount of sugar (there should be a small sourness). We fall asleep a cherry in a blender and we grind it, but we do not bring it to a homogeneous state. The resulting mixture spreads the walls and bottom of the tartlets. 2. From the blender we select half the cherries. In the mixture that is left there are two pre-crushed cookies (this recipe uses the Jubilee cookie), two teaspoons of ice cream, a small amount of sugar, two pinches of wheat flour. In a blender we will combine all this mixture and we will get a sauce-dough, which we will not bake. 3. Now put the sauce-dough into the tartlets. 4. Decorate tartlets with fruits (for the decoration you can use ripe nectarines, you can also take any other soft fruit). Tartlets stuffed with cherries are put into the refrigerator so that their base becomes softer. We take out the cakes from the refrigerator in thirty minutes. The dish is ready.
