If the cottage cheese is grainy, wipe it into a mass. We take the egg and rub it with sugar, combine and rub the cottage cheese, butter, flour. Mix the homogeneous dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. For the filling, we first scald the almonds, then remove the shell from it, dry it and grind it. We connect almonds with sugar and cardamom and rub until a homogeneous viscous mass is obtained. The dough is rolled into a large layer 3 mm thick, cut it diagonally into wedges. On a large part we put almond stuffing and turn off from the wide edge to the narrow in the form of a roll. Then we give each roulette the shape of a horseshoe.
