1. We rub cottage cheese with vanilla sugar and sugar-sand. We add eggs here and mix. Now add the flour, mix again. Add flour depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese. Dough should not be dense. 2. We form small dough pieces from the dough and crumble in flour. 3. We pour a little oil into the frying pan, reheat it and spread the cheese cakes here. On a small fire, fry until golden. Fry from both sides. 4. Let's make the sauce. We make starch in cold water (150 ml). 5. Add to the cherry 200 ml. Water, sugar, and bring to a boil. We cook for a minute or two. We pour starch and mix. We remove from the fire. 6. Pour sauce on syrups, you can serve.
