Recipe Muffins with dates and nuts

Ingredients:
  • Wheat Flour - 3/4 Cups
  • Flour - 3/4 Cups
  • Light brown sugar - 1/3 cup
  • Spices for pumpkin pie - 1 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Treacle - 1/3 cup
  • Olive light - 6 Art. Spoons
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Walnuts - 1 1/4 Cups
  • Dates - 1 cup (without pits)
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare 12 paper liners for muffins. Place them in a baking dish. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, spices for pumpkin pie, soda and salt. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, molasses, butter and eggs. Add flour mixture and gently mix. Add walnuts and dates. 3. Divide the dough evenly between the paper liners. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes until the toothpick inserted into the muffins will not come out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the form, then remove from the mold, cool to room temperature and serve.
