Recipe Homemade Pie from Bakery Co-Ho

  • Flour - 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 st. Spoons
  • Baking powder for dough - 1/4 st. Spoons
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 Glass
  • Corn or other syrup - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla extract - 1 st. a spoon
  • Chocolate chips - 1 glass

1. Prepare a baking dish in advance - a sheet with a size of at least 20 to 20 cm. If desired, put waxed paper on it or grease it. 2. Heat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius, set the shelf in the middle of the cabinet. 3. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, soda. In another bowl, melt the butter over low heat and remove from heat, add sugar, syrup, and mix it with a mixer. In turn, add both eggs, whipping the mass well. Add the vanillin. 4. Pour dry ingredients into the resulting mass and mix until the dough becomes homogeneous. Lastly, add chocolate chips or grated chocolate and mix again. 5. Pour the finished dough into a preheated baking sheet, flatten the top layer, place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Try toothpick, if the dough is ready - if the tree remains dry and clean, then the pie can be removed. 6. Cool the prepared pie at room temperature, cut it into portions and serve with juice, tea or milk.
