Shrimp Shrimp in shrimps sauce

Ingredients:
  • Garlic - 3 teeth
  • Pepper chipotl in sauce - 2 pieces
  • Sauce from chipotl peppers - 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Olive oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Paprika - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Cilantro - 1 st. a spoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Shrimp - 700 Grams
  • Pineapple - 4 Slices
Instructions

1. Peel and cut the prawns in half. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. In a bowl of a food processor mix the chopped garlic, the chicot peppers with sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, coriander, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper. 2. Place a cleaned shrimp in a large bowl or plastic bag. Pour the prawns with the prepared marinade and mix well, so that the marinade is evenly distributed. Marinate shrimp for 20 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill in the open air over medium heat. Extract the shrimp from the marinade and remove all unnecessary. String about 6 shrimps on a skewer and fry until the shrimp becomes pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side. 4. Serve the finished shish kebab with fresh pineapple slices and rice on the garnish.
