Recipe Chips in the microwave
- Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 Art. Spoons
- Salt - 1-2 Pinch (to taste)
- Dry spices - 1-2 Pinch (to taste)
My potatoes. Can be peeled, or can not be cleaned. I have potatoes from my garden, without pesticides :) We cut the tubers with very thin plates. Or on a harvester or a knife - as you prefer. The main thing - that the plates were thin. Rinse the chopped potatoes under running water. We drain water and put the plates in a bowl. We pour with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt and spices. We cover the flat plate for the microwave with parchment and lay out the potatoes in one layer. We set for 5-7 minutes to prepare at a power of 700 watts. But - be sure to follow the process! Microwaves at all different! As soon as the chips get a beautiful color - turn off the stove.
