Ingredients:
  • Beef flesh 1200 g
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Leeks 2 pcs.
  • Carrot 2 pcs.
  • Celery stems 3 pcs.
  • Potatoes 6 pcs.
  • Thyme (Thyme) fresh 10 g
  • Pepper fragrant 8 pcs.
  • Pepper black ground 1 pinch
  • Bay leaf 1 pc.
  • Salt 2 pinch
Instructions
  • Step 1 To prepare the roast, take 1.2-1.4 kg of beef pulp, onions, leeks, 2 medium carrots, 5-6 potatoes, a small bunch of thyme and spices.
  • Step 2 Wash the meat well and cut into medium pieces across the fibers.
  • Step 3 Put the meat in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom or a scallop and pour 1-1.5 liters of cold water.
  • Step 4 Bring to a boil, remove the foam, reduce heat and add the onions cut into half rings, a bunch of thyme, sweet pepper and bay leaf. Cook all over low heat for 1 hour under the lid.
  • Step 5 Carrots, stalks of celery and leeks cut into thick slices.
  • Step 6 Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
  • Step 7 Add the cooked vegetables to the pan to the meat.
  • Step 8 Add a pinch of salt and pepper and cook all together for another 40 minutes over low heat (if there is very little liquid when adding vegetables, add 1-1.5 cups of cold boiled water).
