Yeast pie with apples and cowberry

  • Yeast dough - 500 grams
  • Starch - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Apples - 5 pieces
  • Cowberry jam - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 5 Art. Spoons
  • Yolk - 1 Piece
  • Milk - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon

A small part (about 1/5) of the test is leftFor decorating, and the rest is rolled out into a large rectangular formation about 5 mm thick. Roll the dough into a lightly oiled baking sheet, level it, form the sides. Sprinkle the dough with starch. Apples are cleaned from the cores, cut into slices and evenly distributed over the dough. From the top we evenly distribute cowberry jam. Evenly sprinkle with sugar. The edges of the dough are neatly tucked, forming a beautiful pie. The remaining piece of dough is thinly rolled and cut into long strips. Each of the strips carefully folded into a flagellum. We decorate the pie with a pigtail from long flagella dough. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees, then take out of the oven, grease the edges with a mixture of beaten yolks, milk and butter. We put in the oven for another 10 minutes and bake until ready. We take the prepared pie from the oven, cover with a towel, cool it to room temperature. We serve. Bon Appetit! :)
