Recipe for Burger Bronco

Ingredients:
  • Jalapeno jumps - 5 pieces
  • Ground beef - 900 Grams
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Sauce for steak - 1/4 Cups
  • Chopped white onions - 1/4 Cups
  • Hot sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Dry oregano - 1 pinch
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Salted garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flakes - 1/4 Cups
  • Large potato buns for a hamburger - 8 pieces
  • Slices of pepperjack cheese - 8 pieces
Instructions

Preheat the grill over high heat. When the grill is hot, fry the jalapeno pepper until it turns black on all sides. Place in a plastic bag to steam and remove the blackened skin. Remove the peel, and seeds, if desired, and chop. In a large bowl, mix the chopped jalapeno pepper, minced meat, salt, pepper, egg, steak sauce, onion, hot sauce, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and Fritos ® with hands. Divide into 8 parts and shape the cutlets. Fry the cutlets on the grill 10 - 15 minutes, turning once. Then remove from the grill and lay out on the rolls. On top of each cutlet put a slice of cheese pepperjack.
