Recipe for Fried Apricots

  • Large apricots - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 120 milliliters
  • Gelatin in powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 4 teaspoons
  • Vanilla Sugar - 1 Pinch

Mix gelatin and milk in one bowl,Wait for the swelling. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, add 2 tsp. Sugar and vanillin. Place the jelly on a flat dish in a small layer of 1/2 cm. Let it freeze and then cut out 4 similar ovals 8 cm long and 4 cm wide. Cut the apricots in half, remove the bone. In a bowl, pour a small amount of water, fill the remaining sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature, place apricots and cook for 2 minutes. Spread half the apricots over the milk jelly.
