  • Garlic - 2 Teeth

1. We clean the shrimp, leave the tail on the shrimp. Do not throw away the shell! For fifteen minutes we weld the shells in a small amount of liquid. Let's brew, filter. 2. Clean the garlic, and finely chop it. In a mortar with cayenne pepper, we will treat it to porridge. 3. On a dry frying pan spread the shrimp, and until pink, for about two minutes, fry from two sides. Add Balsamico, tincture and soy sauce, a little protushim. 4. In a bowl for marinating we shift the shrimps and hot marinade. Add the lemon and put it into the refrigerator for the night. 5. We will engage in ice piasses. Pour water into a deep plate, decorate with greens. The second plate, smaller diameter, put inside the first, to the bottom we pour a little water, we put it in the freezer. When the time has passed, pour boiling water into the inner bowl, and take it out. 6. Put the prawns in the bowl, and immediately serve.
