Cobbler recipe with blackberry

Ingredients:
  • Blackberry - 6 cups
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup

  • Milk - 1/2 cup
Instructions

1. Grate the peel from half a lemon. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Mix blackberries, glasses of sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest in a bowl. Stir gently, and then put in a greased baking dish. 2. In a separate bowl, mix wheat flour, salt, baking powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Add vegetable fat and butter, mix with a dough hook or fingers, to the consistency of crumbs. 3. Mix the milk and egg in a separate bowl. Pour the mixture into the flour mass, stir. The mixture should be smooth and moist. 4. Lay the cooked dough over the blackberry berries, forming small pieces of finger. 5. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of sugar on top and bake in preheated oven until golden brown for 30 minutes. Let the dessert cool to room temperature and serve with vanilla ice cream.
