Next, you need to pour the hot chicken broth. Boil. Add the bay and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaf, then rearrange the soup to cool for a few minutes. Mix the soup with a blender / mixer. Return the soup to a saucepan and heat to a boil. Add the cream.
