Recipe Egg Fried Eggs
- Eggs - 1-2 pieces
- Melted butter or fat from bacon - 1-2 teaspoons
- Salt - To taste
Have the right fried eggs and friedCrispy edges, soft protein and fluid yolk. Preparation: Preheat a small frying pan with a thick bottom on high heat. Add the oil. When the oil becomes hot, break the eggs into the pan, taking care not to damage the yolk shells.
