Chicken fillet through the meat grinder twice (if there is a blender - chop at high speed). 2. Together with the chicken skip the onions. Ready ground meat salt, add crushed herbs and milk. 3. Minced meat is well kneaded and discarded, so that as little oxygen as possible remains in it. 4. Place a small pot of water on the stove. 5. Colander or a metal sieve lightly oiled and lay on the bottom of an even layer of minced meat. 6. Set the colander on top of the pan. 7. Cover the colander with some tightly fitting lid. When the water boils (this becomes clear by the characteristic gurgling sounds), reduce the fire, making it light, but sufficient for the even boiling of water. 8. After 20 minutes, when the kitchen is saturated with breathtaking odors, turn off the gas. 9. After another 5-10 minutes you can remove the colander, open the lid and make sure that the stuffing is absolutely ready. 10. Take it out with a spatula or a convenient spoon and lay it out on plates. 11. If health allows, we eat with your favorite sauce. Otherwise, it will be good to low-fat sour cream.
