Recipe Indian bread

  • Wheat flour - 320 Grams (For the test :)
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2-4 drops
  • Average potatoes - 2 pieces (For stuffing :)
  • Powder of red chili - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cannon seeds - 1/4 Teaspoons (omam)
  • Garam oil - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - 2-4 Pinch (finely chopped)

First make a dough. Mix flour and salt together, mix well, add a few drops of oil and mix with your fingers, add a little water and mix for a while until soft dough. Mix 3-4 minutes and wipe it with a drop of oil, set aside and proceed to filling. Boil and grate the potatoes on the grater (it's better than just mashing the crust). Add all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl with potatoes and mix well. Take the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts. From the filling roll 8 balls. Sprinkle the working surface with flour. And make a small pancake from the dough. Place the filling in the center of the pancake. Collect the dough around the filling and press it gently on top. Slightly pull the top and press the area closer to the filling, that would completely cover it in the test. Tear off the extra tail. Hand, lightly crush the ball into the seam, see that the filling does not come out. Then, roll with a rolling pin into a thin pancake (choose the thickness yourself, but do not make it very thick). Well sprinkle with a flour pancake and transfer it into a hot frying pan. Cook on both sides until golden brown. When you are ready to oil a little oil and transfer to a plate.
