Recipe for Pumpkin Smoothie
- Bank of pumpkin puree - 1 piece (450 g)
- Milk - 3 cups (or more)
- Vanilla yoghurt - 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon - To taste
- Crackers with cinnamon - To taste
1. Put the pumpkin puree in the freezer for a couple of hours. Put the crackers in a closing plastic bag and grind them with a rolling pin or other device. 2. Pour the milk into the blender. 3. Then add the vanilla yoghurt, the frozen pumpkin puree and a few pinch of cinnamon. Stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained, until the frozen pumpkin puree is completely chopped. If you want, you can add more milk or yogurt to the smoothie if it seems too thick or too thick. 4. Pour the smoothies into the glasses. 5. Sprinkle with crushed crackers from above, you can also use cinnamon or nutmeg instead.
