Recipe for Cinnamon Sticks
- Frozen puff pastry, package (2 sheets) - 1 Piece
- Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Cinnamon - 1 st. a spoon
1. In a medium bowl, mix the sugar with cinnamon, leave aside. Allow the sheets of puff pastry to thaw at room temperature. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and vystelit 2 trays with parchment paper or silicone mats. Thaw sheets of puff pastry roll them into rectangles measuring about 30X50 cm, grease them with beaten egg. 2. Pour half the used filling onto one sheet of dough, and the remaining stuffing - on another sheet. 3. Cut each sheet in half and roll it out again until you get rectangles measuring 35X40 cm. 4. Cut each sheet into 18 strips 2 cm thick. 5. Twist the strips with a spiral and place them on the prepared trays, leaving a distance of about 1 cm between Each band. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Finished sticks put on the rack and allow to cool to room temperature.
