Warm salad of dandelion

Ingredients:
  • Handful of cabbage - 4 pieces (chopped)
  • Handful of dandelion leaves - 2 pieces (sliced)
  • Sweet potatoes - 1 piece (peeled and diced)
  • Potato - 4 pieces (peeled and diced)
  • Red chili - 1 piece (finely chopped)
  • Goat cheese - - To taste
  • Salt and pepper - - To taste
Instructions

1. Boil the sweet and young potatoes. Mash with a fork along with butter and a little salt and pepper, then add the potatoes to the salad bowl. 2. Cut cabbage and thoroughly washed dandelion leaves. Cut chili peppers (finely) and goat cheese - mix with the other ingredients in the salad bowl.
