  • Water - 1 Liter
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Salt - 1.5 Art. Spoons
  • Vinegar 9% - 1 Glass
  • Vegetable oil - 100 Milliliters
  • Black Pepper Pepper - 4 Pieces
  • Pepper fragrant - 2 pieces
Instructions

First you need to prepare a marinade. In the pot, pour water, add sugar, salt, oil, pea peppers. Boil, allow to boil for 5 minutes. Turn off, add the vinegar and put it to cool. Wash and brush cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, horseradish. Garlic clean. Cabbage finely chopped, cut the rich pepper into strips, carrots, garlic and horseradish grated.
