Recipe Chocolate cakes with almonds

  • Crackers - 10-12 pieces
  • Sticks of oil - 2 pieces
  • Brown sugar - 1 cup
  • Chocolate chips - 1 Glass
  • Almonds - 1/2 cup

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cut the almonds. Evenly lay on the baking tray whole crackers close to each other. Crackers should fill almost the entire space. Use as many crackers as you need to fill the entire space. 2. Beat butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens. 3. Pour the oil-sugar mixture over the crackers, level with a spatula and bake in the oven for 7 minutes. 4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle it with chocolate chips, put it back in the oven and let the chocolate melt for about 1 minute. Then use a spoon or a spatula to spread it evenly over the caramel mixture on the crackers. 5. Then sprinkle with chopped almonds, when the cakes are almost ready. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes in the refrigerator. Tear to pieces and serve.
