Recipe: Vegetable soup

  • Potatoes - 3-5 pieces
  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Cabbage colored - 1/3 Pieces
  • Zucchini - 1-2 pieces
  • Onion - 1/2 Pieces
  • Cream (15%) - 2 items. Spoons
  • Olive oil - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Green - To taste

My vegetables. Fry the onion in olive oil until golden. Fold the vegetables in cold water and boil until cooked. Once this is done - remove the pan from the fire, drain the water, cool the vegetables and grind the blender to homogeneity. In the resulting puree we add water and toasted onions. We put this case on a weak fire, add cream. Cook for about 5 minutes, salt to taste. Add spices and herbs. Vegetable soup-puree is ready! Serve hot with breadcrumbs.
