  • Cloves - 1 gram
Instructions

We cut fresh tomatoes. We put the tomatoes in a saucepan and cook until the liquid is cut in half. 10 minutes before the preparation, add 150 g of sugar, 30 g of salt, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1.5 / 2 g of garlic, 1 g of pepper, 1 g of cinnamon and 1 g of cloves. Ready hot sauce can be served immediately to a dish or rolled into cans for future use.
